The KynSHOT RB5000L Hydraulic CARBINE-LENGHT Buffer is optimized for use with AR-15 CARBINES with COLLAPSIBLE STOCKS shooting light loads, including subsonic ammunition and .300 BLK. The RB5000L has seen heavy use with civilian competition shooters, law enforcement personnel, and the United Sates Armed Forces. This buffer has patented damping technology to absorb the shock of impact from the bolt carrier’s rearward motion and to prevent bolt bounce as a new cartridge is chambered. This model is made lighter and requires less force to cycle than the standard AR-15 KynSHOT Buffer. This is intended for soft cycling or under gassed guns that will not lock back on the last round with the standard carbine hydraulic buffer or heavier buffers. A .300 BLK gun running exclusively supersonic ammo may be fine with a standard hydraulic buffer if the bolt cycles firmly and has proper ejection placement.

• Specifically Designed for .300 BLACKOUT or any softer cycling AR-15. This could apply to a .223/5.56mm rifle with a gas system that just does not eject very hard, which happens a small percentage of the time, or a .300 BLACKOUT shooting subsonic loads which normally run very soft. .300 BLACKOUT guns running exclusively supersonic ammo may be fine with a standard hydraulic buffer model as long the bolt cycles firmly and ejects cases with authority.
• For subsonic only .300 BLACKOUT guns a Sprinco reduced power (yellow spring) is recommended. For supersonic .300 BLACKOUT a Sprinco White or Blue works well.
• Mil-Spec Hydraulic Fluids and Seals - Ambient operating temp certified for -30F to +150F
• High strength 17-4 Stainless Steel construction throughout the unit, making it virtually impervious to corrosion.

• Designed for .223/5.56mm AR-15 Carbines with a collapsible stock. If the bolt is not locking back after final round ejection, first check your gas system, then check your buffer spring. If everything checks, replace your RB5000 buffer with the RB5000L KynSHOT Recoil Buffer to remove less energy from your recoil cycle.
