Appalachian Armament - Returns


All sales are final on firearms, firearm parts, magazines, frames, receivers, electronics of any kind, optics, ammo, reloading materials or equipment, labor, custom orders, and all custom work be it gunsmithing or any other customization.

Items not manufactured by Appalachian Armament LLC carry the original warranty from their respective manufacturers, and you must contact the original manufacturer for service and replacement.

For all other purchases, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Appalachian Armament LLC for any reason, return your products within 3 days of receiving your order for a full refund minus the shipping cost and any restocking fee.  All items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Items being returned must include the tags and be in the condition you received them direct from Appalachian Armament LLC. Products returned in any other condition or purchased from any other source will not be accepted. Products returned after 3 days may be granted at our sole discretion, and any refund will be given as store credit only.

Follow these easy steps:
  1. Email Customer Service requesting an RMA number. Please include your full name, order number, reason for your return/exchange, and the item(s) and quantities of the items you want to return.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, write your RMA# on the outside of your package (packages without an RMA# will not be accepted).
  3. Include a copy of your invoice with the contents of your package.
  4. Insure the package for your protection as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will process your return and place your new order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.
