Orders
Any firearms purchased though the website MUST be shipped to an FFL.

Appalachian Armament LLC does not sell items internationally. All products, or services, sold by Appalachian Armament LLC are not for resale and may not be shipped internationally after purchase. It will most likely be a violation of the ITAR to ship any product purchased through Appalachian Armament LLC without the appropriate approvals from both the manufacturer and the U.S. State Department.

Orders placed through the website are done using a secure payment process. Our servers feature industry standard SSL encryption. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing once you have placed your order.

Customers must be 18 years of age to order products from AppalachianArmamentLLC.com. It is the customer's responsibility to know their local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of these products.

We have invested in one of the most state-of-art inventory and webstore available. The AppalachianArmamentLLC.com webstore displays our current inventory status in real-time. However, due to the extremely high demand for certain items, it is possible that an item may become out of stock before you have completed the checkout process. This is typically a rare event. If this unfortunately happens to you, you may backorder the desired item at checkout completion.

Shipping/Fulfilment
We do not ship items internationally. Products sold by AppalachianArmamentLLC.com are not for resale and may not be shipped internationally after purchase.

Appalachian Armament LLC primarily ships all packages using UPS, or USPS, based on the shipping method the customer specifies. Customers have the ability to select the shipping method for their order, based on the order weight, shipment destination and desired delivery timeframe.

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once their package has shipped. This email will contain the shipment tracking/delivery confirmation number (if available).

Backorders
Products listed as in stock are available to ship immediately. Customers are able to place orders for backordered products. When checking out, the customer will be prompted to select their shipping preference for orders with backordered items:

Ship Complete - Ship only the complete order. With this option the order may be held while it awaits backordered parts.

Ship Available - Ship all available items, then ship the remaining items when they become available. With this option the user may receive 2+ shipments for their order. Keep in mind the customer will incur shipping charges for each part of their order.

Most backordered items will display an estimated in-stock date on the appropriate item page on the website. This is the best estimated receiving date we expect to be re-stocked with the backordered product.

Manufacturer's Warranty
All 3rd party products sold by AppalachianArmamentLLC.com feature a manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise noted). AppalachianArmamentLLC.com warrants your order will arrive in a non-damaged and operational condition. If your product fails, review your product documentation for warranty information. In most instances you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturers will require a receipt or proof of purchase to perform warranty work. You can download a copy of your order invoice by logging into your customer account.
